• The individual cartons are fed into the machine via the Inline Variable Speed Infeed Conveyor
• The desired number of cartons are elevated into the collation hopper
• Further layers of cartons can also be elevated into the collation hopper
• When the desired number of layers are in the hopper the pack is pushed through the wrapping material
• The upper sealer bar lowers and the wrapping material is sealed and cut
• The machine can produce either a "Banded" collation or if a TRM38 heat unit is fitted a fully sealed wrap
